All new members require a brief assessment and induction session prior to beginning your membership.

Read the gym conditions of use contained within the membership application form. Complete the details on the gym membership form and sign the declaration on the second page.
Complete your details on the Direct Debit Request Form. Keep the Direct Debit Modification & Direct Debit Agreement Forms for your own records.
First time members are required to complete a gym orientation & health clearance with the coordinator before membership can be processed and confirmed. The orientation & health clearance must be completed at the BCHC gym. The session cost is $35 and funds new equipment. Undergoing a health and fitness assessment is not required upon renewing an existing membership, however it is advised that each individual member consult a qualified fitness instructor/professional periodically in order to revise fitness plans and ensure that equipment is being used appropriately and in a safe manner.
Register with the after-hours system. After-hours access is only available to members over the age of 14 years.
Confirmation of your membership will be sent to you once your membership form, direct debit form and health and fitness assessment forms have been received.
